At Sprinkles, we are committed to delivering your favorite baked goods fresh and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently offer delivery within Mount Lebanon and Beirut. Delivery availability may vary based on your location.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Dynamic Pricing: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The cost is determined by the distance from our bakery and any applicable fees.
  • Estimated Charges: You will be able to view the delivery cost before completing your order.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed for second or third day from the order day.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are made between 9 am to 9 pm. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery may be available for select products and locations for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Conditions

  • Freshness Guarantee: To ensure freshness, all products are prepared on the day of delivery.
  • Recipient Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to be available during the scheduled delivery window. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
  • Perishable Goods: As our products are perishable, we cannot be held responsible for items left unattended or delayed due to the recipient being unavailable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with tracking details (if applicable) and an estimated delivery time.

6. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing items, please contact us immediately at customer@sprinkles.com.lb. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to locations within Lebanon.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
