All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Product Quality Guarantee
If you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that does not meet our quality standards, please notify us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Special Orders and Custom Cakes
For custom orders, all sales are also final. Any modifications to custom orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
